3-year-olds will be able to start a funded nursery place in the September, January or April following their third birthday. Their birthday must be before 31st March for funding from Summer Term (April), 31st August for Autumn Term (September) & 31st December for Spring Term (January).

No, we do not operate on Bank holidays.

Upon receipt of your registration fee of £80 (Non-refundable), deposit of £700 (Refundable) and signed parent/guardian registration form, we will confirm if your sessions are secure. At this point, a contract will be formed between us and you and you will be committed to the terms of the parent/guardian registration form, terms and conditions and the policy documents on our website.

For those still receiving childcare vouchers, we still accept all major providers. If you are unable to find us with your provider it is likely because we are not set up with that provider but we are always happy to do so. Contact our nursery manager who will have this set up for you.

Yes, we do accept 30 hours government funded children. You can detailed information about 30 hour eligibility by clicking this link

Fee increases are calculated each year and are based on the previous year’s running costs.

Yes, Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Our fees is calculated based on full term basis.  

Yes, unfortunately, Bank / public holidays & INSET days are payable in full as there is still nursery running cost applies. 

In exceptional circumstances, we may have to close a nursery because of events outside our control (for example transport strikes, severe adverse weather, personal health, acts of terrorism, pandemics etc.). If this does happen then we will contact, you as soon as possible to let you know.

 

As we will continue to incur the costs of maintaining our nurseries, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event and will not issue refunds for such forced closure. Full fees remain payable during such closures.
